Refund Policy

Once paid, refunds are available within 24 hours minus a $10 administrative fee.

Example: you paid $25 and ask within 24 hours — you get $15 back.

Reply to your registration email, or write to info@projectnikah.com with the gathering name and the email you registered with. Signed in? You can also cancel your seat from your dashboard, then reply to the cancellation email to ask for the refund.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.

Joining a waiting list is free. Nothing is charged unless you're given a seat.

If we cancel a gathering, or move it to a date you can't make, we'll email everyone registered about their options, including a refund.
