Privacy Policy

We collect what you type into our forms so we can run gatherings, coaching and introductions. Only the Project Nikah team sees it. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

You can download everything linked to your account, or delete your account, from your dashboard at any time.

Only what you give us, through these forms:

• Contact form: your name, email, topic and message.
• Coaching request: your name, email, phone, the coach you picked, your availability and your goal.
• Event registration: your contact details, where you live, and the intake questions — including personal ones about faith practice, family, health and marriage goals. The form tells you which answers are required.
• Account: your email address and name. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; we never ask for or store a password.
• Payments: handled by Square. We see the amount, the last 4 digits and brand of your card, and your email — never your full card number.

• To register you for gatherings, save your seat, and email you about them (confirmations, reminders, changes, a feedback request after).
• To match coaches and, with your intake, to suggest introductions and support that fit you.
• To reply when you write to us.
• To keep the site safe — for example, limiting how often a form can be sent from one place.

The Project Nikah team and coaches who work with you. Sensitive intake answers are never put into emails — the team reads them only in the private admin area.

We use a few trusted services to run the site. They process data for us and only as we ask:

• Supabase — stores our database and handles sign-in.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — sends our emails.
• Square — takes card payments and refunds.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser also remembers your light/dark theme choice and, while you fill in an event registration, a draft of your answers so you don't lose them. Drafts are cleared when you submit, and after 30 days.

Registrations and messages are kept while they're useful for running gatherings and supporting you. Payment records are kept by Square as the law requires for accounting.

When you delete your account, we delete your profile and wipe the answers from your registrations and coaching requests. Payment records stay with Square.

• Download your data: Dashboard → Account → Download my data.
• Change your details: Dashboard → Account.
• Delete your account: Dashboard → Account → Delete my account.
• No account? Email info@projectnikah.com and we'll send you a copy of, or delete, what we hold for your address.

Project Nikah is for adults (18 and over). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced by email to members.
